South East London born of Scots and Spanish decent, musically educated at Goldsmiths, University of London, Clarky is a guitarist of the hard rock / neo-classical metal / prog rock kind.

He was once described as an “occupational shredder” and more recently as as the “thug with the Marshalls.”

Clarky is also a session guitarist and educator in the art of making folk go nuts in the mosh pit.

He is a skilled and hybrid orchestral composer / producer but we guess Clarky's most known as the lead guitarist for The David Cross Band [from 1992 to 2019]

He is working on his own prog rock labour of love project SY3ERIA.

Clarky is also a movie / media music composer for conductor / composer Tolga Kashif at Evolution Media Music with whom he has a long history of sucessful output.
